That being said, we prepared some answers to our most frequently asked questions for your convenience. We hope it will help you answer your questions or concerns. Why should I trust The Housekeepers?
We are a professional cleaning company with high standards. We understand that your home is more that just rooms; it’s your safe place, and because we understand this, we know it’s important that we have take extra steps to ensure anyone we send to your home is vetted way deeper than just a local background check. We do national background checks and drug test to ensure we know who we are sharing your space with. Everyone can clean houses but not everyone can be a Housekeeper; we are selective because we your trust requires nothing less
Who do you hire to clean my home?
We hire people who truly enjoy turning a house into a home. Our cleaning technicians go through an in-house training program and are given a test at the end to see what was retained and where we need to improve on.
What do you not clean?
We currently do not clean windows, bodily fluids stains, bug infested homes/offices, light fixtures nor areas that can not be reached using the company provided tools.
Do you bring cleaning equipment?
Yes, we provide our own cleaning equipment
What should I do before you arrive?
Prior to arrival, we ask that the homes internal temperature is set to a reasonal level to ensure the team can work efficiently. We also ask that, if possible, all animals be kept away from the cleaning technications during the service.
What time does your team arrive?

Our team can arrive 30mins prior or after scheduled time, but we strive to be at the customers home at the scheduled time.

What if I need to reschedule a service?

Rescheduling is really easy with us; you can fill out the form here or call the office and we will get with you as soon as possible.

What if I am not happy with your cleaning?
If you are not happy with our service, please contact us immediately (within 24hrs of service completion). Calling the office about subpar work is very important to us. We will make it right.
Where can I leave a review of your service?

You can leave a review on Google, Yelp, and even, on our website! We love to hear from our customers. It really motivates our team to continue to do great work for all of our customers.

Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?

Yes, we are okay with pets being in the home during service. All we ask is that they are in areas that do not interrupt us completing the service.

Can I tip your housecleaners?
Though it is NOT expected, tips are allowed at clients discretion.

Having a clean home is a great feeling. Having someone you trust to do that is an even better feeling.
